The Roman Fort Experience is a stunning ongoing recreation of an authentic frontier fort that offers pupils and teachers an exciting and interactive 'hands on' taste of life in Roman Britain.
Our unique heritage attraction is based on an actual archaeological site and has been built full-scale size so pupils can step back in time. Roman soldiers are your expert guides transporting pupils to the 1st Century AD during the Roman Conquest in Wales.
See, touch and smell what it felt like to be living and working in the Roman Army on the edge of the known world!
