Our Roman Army Weekend at Park in The Past is back!
Get ready to witness thrilling combat and archery displays, talks with Roman soldiers, obtaining a view of yurt life, life in the barracks and much much more!
Below is the itinerary of what will be happening on both this Saturday and Sunday:
10:00am to 12:00am our group will be doing craft and offering spear throwing axe throwing to people interested in having a go themselves or with families
12:30pm – 1:00pm we will be doing kids army sign up ( minimum of 10 required between the ages of 6 to 11 ) 1pm wis when kids army will begin.
2:00 pm Combat display
3:00pm till 4pm axe throwing and spear throwing.
(Spear throwing for 5+ years old)
(Axe throwing only for 13+ years old)
Don’t worry if you miss any of the planned activities, as the Romans will be there to talk to and take photos with all day during the park’s opening hours.
