Our Roman Army Weekend at Park in The Past is back!
Get ready to witness thrilling combat and archery displays, talks with Roman soldiers, obtaining a view of yurt life, life in the barracks and much much more!
Below is the itinerary of what will be happening on both this Saturday and Sunday:
11:00am-12:00pm – Spear and Axe throwing
(Spear throwing for 5+ years old)
(Axe throwing only for 13+ years old)
12:30pm – Kids Army sign up
1:00pm- Kids Army**
**There must be a minimum of 10 children aged 7+ signed up for the Kids Army to go ahead.
2:00pm- Combat Display
3:00pm-4:00pm- Spear and Axe throwing
(Spear throwing for 5+ years old)
(Axe throwing only for 13+ years old)
Don’t worry if you miss any of the planned activities, as the Romans will be there to talk to and take photos with all day during the park’s opening hours.
