Welcome to our Medieval Living History Weekend, by the exciting William Stanley Household reenactment group portraying military, combat and craft skills of the 15th Century War of the Roses Period.
This fantastic group will be demonstrating:
- Weaving
- A medieval distillery
- The art of maille making
- Fighting techniques of the Wars of the Roses
- Arms and armour of the 15th century
Perfect for all medieval and ‘Knights in armour’ fans!
Dogs on leads are welcome in the Fort area, where the reenactment will be – we do recommend that all pet dragons are left at home!
No extra charge or booking needed. Our Lake and Cafe will also be open too – why not make a day of it?
