A Rewilded Paradise
Mother Nature & Nurture
We have laboured long and hard to successfully re-wild an old abandoned industrial quarry, and Mother Nature has kindly rewarded us in bountiful abundance.
We possess seven different conservation habitats – woodland walks, wildflower meadows, magnificent lake, meandering river, green pastures, wetlands and scrubland dunes – that are bursting with biodiversity. We have hundred of species of flora and fauna, reptiles, amphibians, insects and flowers including bee orchids, as well as badgers, birds of prey, kingfishers and otters.
Wild Welcome
Wildlife meets wellbeing
We’re very proud to announce a very special rare guest has stayed to set up home – a beaver – the sure sign that our rewilded park is in very good health. Add to this green woodpeckers, owls, sparrowhawks, buzzards and even the occasional osprey who visits to cast an eagle-eye our magnificent lake.
So if you want to go on a wildlife safari or just enjoy a quiet stroll in the richness of nature to benefit from therapeutic sensory experiences that are good for your mental health, heart and soul, then look no further – as we have it all!
