During the weekends, we have family friendly activities, living history and weapons demonstrations, all starting from midday onwards.
If you've ever wondered how a Roman Amphora is made, come and watch Jim the Potter create one.
Can you spot the mermaid in the lake? Come and listen to some story telling, or have a dabble with ancient paint, Roman style. Or have fun joining the Kids Roman Army.
Some activities are timetabled - please look out for the blackboards for this information - you will find them at the Kiosk in the car park and inside the Fort.
For the grown ups, we have Stone Circle Mead and Magic Dragon beers in the Fort, also soft drinks and snacks.
Our Cafe is open during Auxilia too, serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, cake, ice creams and meals.
Dogs are welcome in the fort area, but please keep them on leads, and scoop any poop.
Event tickets - Adult £8, Children over 4 yrs £5, Family (2 adults & 2 children) £19
Please note, the Fort is around a 10 minute walk from the car park along natural tracks and paths, and over a wooden footbridge.
